Cooking pizza in the wood oven is uniquely pleasing for both the pizza maker and the pizza eater. Once the oven is heated up to cooking temperature of around 700 degrees, we keep a small fire inside in order to maintain that temperature. Feeding the little fire gives the pizza baker control and illuminates the oven with the glow of the flames. The pizza eater gets the pleasure of a crispy crust and special flavor created by the quick baking method. Each pizza is handcrafted with carefully chosen and prepared ingredients, and freshly made sauce. The unique smoky flavor and slightly charred crust are true to the Italian pizza tradition.
Each night we offer five pizza choices. Plain, Pepperoni, and Garden pizzas are always available.
Two pizza specials change weekly. Pizzas can be split between any two of the choices. All pizzas are approximately 12", and generally satisfy 2 adults.
